We collect contact details, workspace usage data, generated creative assets, campaign metadata, and integration tokens needed to operate Nexus Social, Creative, Intel, and Freelance.
Information is used to provide the service, generate client deliverables, run analytics, enforce security, and communicate about the account.
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors required to operate the platform (hosting, AI inference, authentication) under confidentiality and DPA terms.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and audited. Heiro/Hedera-signed receipts create an immutable chain of custody for client deliverables.
